It Happened Today
The first All-Star Game of major league baseball was held today in 1933 at Comiskey Park in Chicago, IL. Babe Ruth, considered one of the best baseball players in history, led the American League with a home run, as they defeated the National League 4-2

Teaching Tip
Use a large wall calendar to write homework assignments on. Students can check this for work if they are absent.

Technology Tip
Placing colored stickers or tape on the space bar of computer keyboards helps smaller children find it. Often they run all the words together since there is no letter of the alphabet that is a space.
